AVIVO was founded by condo owners for condo owners. Through our personal experience as co-owners and active administrators of condominium associations, we have a firsthand knowledge of the challenges, and the specific needs required for condominium self-management. Our journey began when we were quickly confronted with the daily challenges of condominium life. Over time, we developed the valuable solutions and tools that were unavailable to us at the time, but that we hope, from now on, will make your experience more pleasant.

At AVIVO, our vision is clear: to simplify co-ownership management so that every homeowner can rediscover the pleasure of being at home.
Buying a condo in Quebec also means entering a complex legal framework that operates like a business. Yet, a condo is first and foremost a home. After a busy day, no one wants to come home and still feel like they're at work.
So we bridge the gap between administrative obligations and daily life, by offering practical tools and a human approach. Rather than offering complex training, we give you actionable solutions so that you can live fully in your space, without being overwhelmed by its management.

In Quebec, 95% of small and medium-sized condominiums are managed entirely by the co-owners themselves, who are poorly equipped and untrained to navigate the legal and administrative complexities related to co-ownership.
Our mission, therefore, is to simplify and demystify the information and management process in order to support the autonomy of small and medium-sized condominiums.
