Between understanding the rules, assuming responsibilities, and making decisions with his neighbours, AVI feels a bit overwhelmed...
But AVI isn't one to give up!
After all, even though penguins don't fly, AVI takes flight in his own way and decides to embark on an adventure to find tools and solutions that will help him better navigate his role as a condo owner.
Along the way, he meets other penguins who share their experiences, discovers practical guides, and develops new skills to manage his igloo effectively...
When AVI returns, he is better equipped than ever to actively participate in his community, make informed decisions, and fully enjoy his condominium igloo.
He even becomes an inspiration for other penguins, showing them that, with the right tools and a little cooperation, anything is possible.
AVI's story is also ours and that of many of you.
We discovered the world of co-ownership with its challenges and joys, learning as we went. Over time, we have gained valuable knowledge that we now want to share with the co-owner community in Quebec.
We want becoming a co-owner to be a positive experience, free from the stress and isolation of having to learn everything alone.
